INTRODUCTION
Arrange a meeting either in person or by phone or zoom to discuss the properties of concern.
STRATEGY
Our expertise partnered with your approval, we decide together which homes are worthy of protesting for that current property tax year.
CONTRACT
Contracts and appointment of agents are signed to allow us to have access to the properties through the appraisal districts.
RESEARCHÂ
We do an extensive search with land prices and neighborhood comps making adjustments for the specific home and continue this process throughout the year to make sure we have accurate and up-to-date information.
PROTEST
We will speak with chief appraisers to come to a value agreement. If that value is not acceptable, we will file an arbitration as one last attempt to lower the value.
VALUE & BILLING
Once the value is signed off on, Hometown Property Tax bills the client according contract terms.
